Brush 219 - how to use?

How in the world do you use this brush?! I am having such a difficult time using it in my crease and outer v.

I actually use it along the lower lashline to smudge liner.

I use the 219 for lining my eyes and the crease. Its called the "pencil brush" so it can be used almost anywhere on your eyes. When I use it in the crease, I usually end up blending it out with another brush. Just experiment with different colors and you will find how it works best for you!

I bought it on Wednesday and love it!
It's called Pencil brush because it works like a pencil! So think of yourself like a face chart or colouring book, load up the 219 with colour and apply it slightly on the outer v!
