brush question - county of manufacturing

have you ever noticed that some of the brushes say 'japan' and some say 'france' or even 'spain'

i bought two brushes today and one says 'japan' and one says 'france'

why is this?
anyone?

Some are made in Japan, some are made in France, etc. Why are they made is specific places instead of the same country? That I don't know.

My 182 is from China. They are all just made in different countries I suppose.
