I was thinking of getting a 187 to use to apply this...thoughts? Other suggestions? I'm just starting to replace my old brushes with Mac...

I use a 190 brush. A 187 brush will be a bit too soft on a compact foundation I think.

I use Studio Tech, which is similar to Moistureblend but not as soft. I use Sonia Kashuk's 15 brush ( http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...sin=B000FRB2M8 ) which is a great brush for the price. She has another foundation brush that's a bit more expensive which I haven't tried, but I think the 187 is a bit big for a foundation of that consistency, so you should definitely try something smaller.

I ended up getting the newer version of the brush you mentioned and it works great. I like SK brushes, especially the new line with the black handles. They're great quality for the price.
