if you dont want to spend more than 35.00 than i would say get the 129!!! it's 34.00 but if you can spare 8.00 more i would get the 187!!!

SE means special edition. They usually have smaller handles than the regular version.

Honestly, I would have to recommend that you scrimp up $45 and get the 187 - it's so versatile.
