Bumps/Dots on my face [tips?]

I have these dots on my face which are somewhat red. I think they are scars from picking spots (I always use to just pick the spots when they appeared). How can I get rid of them?

you should not pick the spot when they appear, although this is very tempting but it's a bad tendency. Could you please tell us what is your current condition. Is it severe/ compulsive skin picking?
