Buying Beyond The Bear Basics - NC25 - 30

Hello Everyone!

My MAC shop is currently closed due to the big Earthquakes in my City (Christchurch, New Zealand), therefore im ordering in from another city. I figured I might as well do a big spend as it will be months and months before MAC here is open again. Therefore, have recommendations for me?

Im only a small MAC collector, but looking to do a very small MUA business with a Friend eventually.
I am a NC25 - 30, Medium to Darker Blonde Hair, Green or Blue Eyes (they change)

Current Collection:

Eyeshadows: Orb, Nylon, Hush, Swiss Choclate, Black Tied, Silvering, Wookwinked
Lipstick: Hug Me
Blush: Eversun
Brushes: 219, 217,208, 239, 168

Looking at geting Russian Red Lipstick, and Gingerly to replace my current Eversun Blush.

Anything you'd suggest I need?

Hi, I'm NC25-30 though I have dark brown hair and eyes but here is what I have and recommend :)

Eyeshadow (neutral): Arena, Patina, Bronze/Romp, Wedge (it's nice subtle contour or use it to blend other colours out)
Eyeshadow (colour): Goldmine, Amber lights, Stars n Rockets

The peachy and purple colours will look so good with your blue/green eyes

Lipstick: Russian Red and Lady Danger are good reds (though I found Russian Red looked good in person, it didn't photograph well on me whereas Lady Danger did), Freckletone, Girl About Town (if you would wear it) and maybe Crosswires or Ravishing?

Blush: Margin, Mocha, Blushbaby

I also reccomend getting a highlight for cheeks and a bronzer/contour. I use the Sculpt and Shape products but they are only sold in the pro refill pans. But a blush pan is a good idea if you are going to be doing makeup on others. I use emphasize and I am waiting for them to ship Sculpt into Auckland Pro store.

Hope this helps a bit! Sorry if there is a bit much :)
And you are a kiwi! I hope the earthquakes have not affected your area too badly.

Ah your wonderful, great suggestions.
I have a good idea on general tones, but im siting here going "duurrrr what should i buy haha.

Ive been off and on about Girl About Town. I ahve no problem with brighter colours, but i keep huming and haring about the shade of pink, and how it will go. Indecision dam you! hehe.

Thank you so much for your suggestions! And WOOP KIWI! hehe. There are a couple of us around here if you keep your eyes open hehe.

I personally can't pull off Girl About Town, but seeing as you have blue/green eyes, then I think it will work for you. If you want something slightly less intense, you could try Speak Louder which I find is quite easy to pull off.

It's so hard to choose with so many options. Just pick the ones you know you will use, you seem like a neutral kinda girl like me, so colours like Goldmine, Expensive Pink and Amber lights is a good way to branch out slightly without feeling self conscious.

But I highly recommend Mocha blush, it's a beautiful pinky brown natural colour that shows up on our skin tone slightly better than Blushbaby but that is gorgeous too :)
