Can someone *PLEASE* give some Recommendations on Madonnas Makeup look in this pic?

I'll give it a go.
Fleur Power for the blush, I might even mix it with blushbaby or use blusbaby in the coutour of the cheek.
For the lips Jubilee and Sweetie mixed or Brave with Slicked Pink lipgelee over it.
Subculture as the lipliner
Now for the eyes. I would use LORAC inspiration with MAC patina over it or the under eye area and UD roach blended out really good with patina over it for the lid area. Naked Pigment for brow and inner corner.
