Sorry if i'm being rude talking about money =]. I went to Mac last week and I bought 10 e/s. And the MUA asked me "You want them in the container or w/out". I said "in the container". I was about the ask her "if it's without container... then the price is still $14?" but i think that's kind of rude to ask. Can someone answer that question for me??.... sorry i'm still a poor college student =]]]]

i guess she meant if you want the pan form, that is like $10 each. you need to buy the empty palette, but still is a better buy than buying the pots. so i think you should've followed your instinct and asked the question. 10 e/s x $10.50 (I think) = $105, plus $12 for the empty 15 palette, so that totals $117, versus the 10 x $14 (per pot) = $140.

I don't think it's rude to ask the price. I mean, you are the customer, and you should get what you want. They should be happy that they are making a sale whether you buy a pot or pan. Personally, I always get the pans, unless it's LE, because it's cheaper and they take up less space when they are in the pallette.

I agree. it's not rude at all. I buy my e/s's in pans just because it's cheaper and it comes w/ a magnet already attached. whenever I attach my own magnets, the glue always seems to come undone and the pans end up falling out of the slot.
