i'm not sure about the lips/skin, but her blush reminds me of Orgasm by NARS. it gives a similar peachy/pink effect

NARS Super Orgasm looks like that on me. I'm NC 30.

You can also try Orgasm...Super Orgasm is more pink and shimmery.
