Hey hun...you're a very pretty girl, and I really like what I think you were going for here. It seems you're a huge fan of neutrals, but I'd like to make some suggestions/comments, and I really hope you don't take any offense to it, because I'm only saying something to try and help you better your skills and polish your look up a bit. Everything said is said out of Specktra-love.

Do you have issues with foundation at all? I notice you never list foundation or blush (or even powder), and so I wasn't sure if you haven't found the right one for you, or if you just don't wear it. I'd suggest at least trying a tinted moisturizer and a good setting powder, as it would even out your lovely skin tone and make the whole look more put-together.
What are you using to apply your shadows? You seem to have a little more pigmentation in this pic than the last one I saw, but it still seems VERY sheer to me. Don't be afraid of the Benefit High Beam, if that's what you used as a brow highlight...you can use a little bit more and I promise you won't look crazy! Just don't apply the UDPP all the way up to your brow.
How did the UDPP advice that the girls gave you work out? I'm hoping you like it a little better now.
By the way, your liquid liner looks pretty good (I have a devil of a time with it, so I use gel), but seems like it may have skipped a little on your lid. Try gently stretching out your lid when you put it on, it helps a great deal to prevent the liner from skipping.
Hope these little suggestions help!

Thanks for all the lovely suggestions and dont worry, I'm totally open to that! I have a feeling that my issue with eyeshadow may have more to do with my camera not picking up the colours, because i can see them very clearly in real life. Applicator wise, I prefer to use my fingers and then blend it with a brush, I find that give me better colourpay off [again, the colour issue]. I also think the Revlon Colourstay might be alittle TOO liquidy, so perhaps I'll go back to Mac. but I am heading to Sephora today so maybe I will find something to love there

In terms of foundation, *sigh* that is a hopeless issue.... I have tried out many many but not one that completely satisfy me yet so I genearlly just go without unless i'm heading to an event or something. With reactive/sensitive, acne prone skin, combination skin that gets dehyrated...foundation seems to be a pain.

Thanks again for your suggestions and Horray for Specktra-Love <3

Hey hun! So glad you took my suggestions as they were intended.

You might want to be careful with using your fingers to apply shadows, especially with colors that are matte or satin textured, because the oils from your fingers can make a hard film on top that you'll have to scrape off. Not fun. You might want to try a firm-bristled brush if you have issues getting enough product on the lid. My favorites to pack on color are the 242 and 239...they work very well to saturate your lid with the color. Maybe it'll work well for you...I just don't want to see you lose some of your product because of that icky film (have you ever seen the testers at MAC that look dark and shiny in some spots? That's from people sticking their fingers in it...).
For your liner, if you don't already have one, I'd suggest at least trying a Fluidline, if only for the versatility of it...IMHO, it looks just as nice as a liquid liner, but you can also use it in your waterline, and as an eyeshadow base. More bang for your buck, so to speak.
As for the foundation, you might want to post on the recommendations forum and ask for some suggestions. Make sure you list your problems (skin-wise), as well as any foundations you've tried, and what issues you had with them. The guys and gals on here are very knowledgeable, and always happy to help, so maybe they can give you a hand in finding the foundation that'll work for you.
