Canadian MAC site - no longer accessible?

A few weeks ago, I stopped being able to access the Canadian MAC site and am now bounced to the US site.

I liked the Canadian site much better --- I find the US one very cluttered and it makes it difficult to browse (and stuff doesn't work... when I click on any kind of finish in the pro pan section, the shadows aren't listed properly).

I did a search on here (but anything with relevant terms brings back a ton of irrelevant threads), but I haven't noticed anyone else talking about this.

um, they changed the format of the canadian site, so now it looks like the american version

i hate the new version too! it looks "fancy" but very hard to navigate

It's so messy and fussy, and I miss the clean background and how things were more clearly listed.

Some of the swatches actually seem worse. The ones for Naked and Mutiny pigment, for example.

Oh well.

Yeah I noticed this too.

I've been to the U.S one before they changed the Canadian site and saw the way the newer Canadian site looks exactly like it. I wasn't impressed. I hate the U.S site - especially the black background and the way the menus show up now. Ugh. Its much more difficult to navigate.

We should write to them and complain hahaha!

Yeah it's been that way for a while now. I've ranted about it here many times already, I can't stand the change and rarely browse the site anymore.

Totally agree! The new Pro site is a complete pain as well...very frustrating!

I used to click around on the Canadian site for ages. Now it feels like pulling teeth if I have to go look at it for something. It's so chaotic.

I hate the new site. I was so happy when they didn't change it when the US got the new site but i guess our luck ran out. I swear i want to write a letter to complain. It takes ages to load and i can't find nothing. Its more unorganized and harder to navigate. I'm not using it anymore!

I hate it too! I wonder how long before they catch on and change it to something more streamlined and user-friendly.

Ugh it's so disappointing, isn't it? Lately I've been receiving emails regarding artist and model picks up at the site, and I'm just like 'that's nice' and close thunderbird. I hate browsing it that much!
