Can't use discount on Who's that lady?

We can order on www.macpro.com if we have a pro card, but it seems like we can't have a discount on the new collection?

I can have my discount on any other stuff, but not Who's that lady? !?

I noticed that when I ordered as well.

It's odd because all of the other collections (except holiday palettes, minis, etc. ) have been eligible for the pro discount. It definately lowered the number of new things I got from this collection. I was going to get all 3 lip gellees and a glimmershimmer, but ended up only getting Who's that Lady lip gelee. I hope that this is the exception, and won't happen with future collections. It will definately cut back on the amounts that I will be able to purchase.

PPID discount cannot be used for limited edition items. That's stated when you enrol for PPID membership;

Eh.... sorry but you're soooo wrong.

I always use my PPID card for limited edition collections, I wonder what's wrong with the mac pro site because we are supposed to get the discount on Who's That Lady, I'll get it at the Pro Store, so that's probably only an error on the website.

Select limited edition products = Holiday stuff, like palettes, brush set, ect.

Yeah, I've always gotten mine on everything but Holiday stuff or like Nordies exclusives and stuff.

Well I've quoted off the M·A·C Pro website rather than making it up. You can check it for yourself, I did include a link. I haven't had a Pro discount on LE stuff in London in the past.

Me too. I bought a ton of stuff from Ornamentalism, D'Bohemia, MSF's and most every collection from the last year. I usually buy at least one or two things from every color story, most of the time much more

I've used my card on Limited Edition stuff too.

"Select limited edition products and Viva Glam / MAC AIDS Fund products are not available at discount."... The term "select" isn't very clear... Maybe this is why different people have different experiences w/ their cards?

That totally s*cks if you don't get discount on regular collections! It never happened to me, I always had my discount on everything (Madame B., D'Bohemia, Belle Azure, Sunshrine, Rebel Rock, Gold Play, Lustrelong, Naturally Eccentric, Paint Strokes, Prep + Prime, Idol Eyes, Cremesticks, Ornamentalism... except Tailormade and Holiday stuff.)

You should ask at your counter, why you can't get the discount on some regular collections..

You're right. "Select" is up to MAC's discression and maybe they're limiting this particular colour story? I'd like to hear what happens in person at a Pro Store with this one...

i just put in an order and i got my discount....maybe call customer service and ask them to put the discount back onto the orders you've made?

when I add WTL stuff, I get the discount - wonder if maybe you didn't get the discount if you order before it officially launched...

That's very possible. I checked back online tonight and saw that the discount is now available. I emailed customer service to see if they would credit my account for the difference. I only bought 1 lip gelee, so it's only about a six dollar difference, I would have bought more if the discount was there at the time. I let everyone know how it turns out.
