So many people have been doing bright summery looks with "Chrome Yellow" & though i dont own that, i do own "Primary Yellow Pigment" which is also a matte yellow. So, i decided to jump on the bright yellow band wagon, lol!! I love to use this color but when i do, i dont go as heavy on it as i did here, lol! It was really fun & bright... i kinda liked it
