I'm not sure, I'm wanting to take a trip to the one in IA, but that requires free time I don't have at the moment. I think the EL ones are the ones that carry MAC

I don't buy MAC so it doesn't matter to me. I'm looking at the Woodbury Commons in NY and I saw that store I just don't know if it's the same.

Yes, CCO/CCS seem to be the same thing, just depending on where you are they are called something different. At least, that's how it seems.
