Milani is a drugstore brand that has blushes that I really love for their pigmentation... and are cheap!

L'Oreal blushers. The LE 'Color of Hope' one is pretty pigmented!!

Yeah, L'Oreal Colorblend. They do have some well formualted and nicely pigmented blushes in colors that are not frosty nor garish.Some of the deeper shades are quite lovely.

My favorite blushes right now are Revlon's Golden Affair in Berry Daring and Avon's Velvet Shimmer All Over Face Color in Rose Gold. I purchased both for under $10 and I think they're divine. Even better than some more expensive blushes I've used.

The Berry looks very dark, but it goes on nicely. The rose is more subtle. I can use both separately or layer the rose over the berry and it's gorgeous! They highlight the cheekbones so perfectly. I also have an Everyday Minerals blush that I like. The soft pink they released for Breast Cancer Awareness is nice.
