Cherry Culture and Paypal

How can I fix this problem?
I have bought many things over the internet and paid by paypal each time. Each time money was sent without a problem.
However this time I ordered $42 worth of products (including shipping) from CherryCulture.
The order status was deemed completed 4 days ago. However, I check my bank account and it says paypal took the money from my bank account but then reversed it afterwards =\
Why would it have done that and how can I sort this out?

Two of my four Cherry Culture orders have had the shipping messed up so I'm inclined to think what's happened to you is their fault not Paypal's. If I were you I'd just email them and make sure your order was paid for and shipped as the site says.

Plus, I don't think Paypal will put money into your bank account. When someone sends you money it just sits in your Paypal account until you move it to your bank account. At least that is how mine is.

Sorry I can't be more helpful!

It went straight in my account.
I looked on HSBC banking and it said:

29th Paid In - £27 Paypal reversal
29th Paid Out - £27 Paypal payment

This happened to me when a company cancelled the order because they did not have the product, etc. Usually charges are reversed/cancelled if the receiving party or company cancels the transaction HTH

Thanks, I was just really worried.
I didn't want to get into problems with not paying.
I'm really paranoid about all transactions I do.
