Christmas/Holiday Shopping: MAC Style

Hello,

I am a big makeup geek and I mostly use drugstore products, but I have tried MAC before and just loved it. Plus, my family has been asking me (already) to make a Christmas list of things I really want. So, I've decided to ask you girls what are some recommendations of makeup from MAC? I don't think this as been posted before. I can go for any type of makeup product like blush, eyeshadow, foundation, etc. But, I do more of the lighter looks, but once in a while for parties and such I will use bold makeup. My skin light is fair/light. So, if you could please make a list (in detail if you have time please) of products you liked and used before of everything makeup related. Thank you so much!

Hun, we could recommend almost every MAC product to you. Could you be more specific as to what you want? Do you want eyeshadow, blush, foundation, liners, mascara, lipsticks, ect.? What is your makeup style; do you go for the natural look or the bold look? What is your skin type? This would really help us narrow down to really good recommendations just for you!

I agree with Gildedangel. But some of my personal favorites are Black track fluidline, Eyeshadows: vanilla, carbon,and Espresso. Lipsticks: Myth, and chili red. These are just basics but, it really depends on your skin tone and eye color so i hope this helped!!

Well, i am really pale/ fair as well more subtle eyeshadows i like are: Blanc type, Cork, Beautiful iris, Sushi flower, Omega, Shroom, and quarry. For more bold eyeshadows i would suggest: Stars n' Rockets, Electric eel, Prussian, Nocturnelle, and coppering!! For blush it is a matter of opinion, but for your skin tone a light rosy pink like coygirl and for a peach color peaches.
And if you get a whole lot of M.A.C stuff for christmas you may want some brushes like the 217, 239, and 168
