Ciara's make up!

I need help...i was wathcin tiffany evans - promise ring video, Ciara is in it and I so love how her eye make up looks in the video, its not too heavy...can you guys advice me on how I can get this look...thanks

it looks like a neutral smoky eye (with colours very close to her natural skintone) with some black eyeliner (like mac's engraved powerpoint eyeliner) smudged along the upper lashline with a qtip.

You could use a few shadows to get that look. Try Satin Taupe, Bronze or Mulch on the lid. It depends on your coloring and what you think looks best on you. You could use a matte or other shadow with very little shimmer or frost. You could try Bisque, Brule, or Next To Nothing (Smoking Eyes Quad).

I would use powersurge khol as base and then a bit of quarry on the lid, vanilla pigment under the brown bone. You could also use smut e/s very light handedly smudged under the lash line.
