clogged pores?

SO, i think i have clogged pores. I have very oily skin and on my nose and on my chin, like right under the lips , my pores seem to be big and they are clogged with white stuff. It's not visible really unless you have a magnifiying mirror or if youre close r up on my face. It really bugs me, my mom said she used to have that too. But its not like that anymore. I have used that one Helene scrub exfoliation and i wash my face morning and night. I cannot afford a dermatologist in the least bit and therefore cant afford anything too pricey. Is this even clogged pores, and what's a solution. Basically wats a good product? Or a technique?I hope I was being clear. Thank you ladies.

I like Aveeno's Clear Complexion line (green packaging). It's soy-based and isn't drying. I think it's also pretty important to use whatever products we end up choosing consistently.
