So here is my second pic and a question: does anyone have any tips on how to take a pic of eye MU? because seriously, the e/s looks so different IRL, far more bronzey because of the Coco pigement. you can't see it at all in the pic

so any help is welcome! and of course any suggestions how to improve my MU

it looks really nice... i like that look on u!

about ur question, unfortunatly... cameras usually wash out color and make them look different than they do irl. the better ur camera, the less washed out ur going to look, but besides that i dont think theres much u can do!

I tried nearly any light, but I guess I still have to search for the perfect one. I see so many pics here with vibrant colors, it has to work somehow! I guess that's my mission for next week - the search for the perfect light

It's hard to find a way to take good pics of the makeup. Since I've moved to a new place I find my pictures don't come out as nice. Just try playing around with the flash settings and colour settings.

Well, I think your application is very nice

About taking the pics. I have heard that a camera that has a light that is above you is best but those cost BANK!! Our Dear Jude has a great camera you might want to ask her what she has.
I have the same problem as you, mine washes out the color or shows it not as blended. I can't even take pics of my lighter eye applications they never come out right. I have been been told by several great picture takers to put a index card or paper over the flash and that does help a little bit. I also try to take my pics in a very dark room. For some reason they turn out a bit better that way.
I dished out Major cash for camera so I know how it feels. I am looking to get a new one but that won't be for sometime. This next time I am going to go to the store and play around with them more.

Judes pic are great!!! beside all her AMAZING blending and color combos, her pics just always look so vibrant and detailed. it's such a pain in the ass, if you like what you did with your MU, you take a pic and then it's just blah on blah with blah on it

i'm using this for inspiration! very lovely!
i've seen many answers to your question. what i do, is go in natural light and put two layers of toilet paper over the flash. lol. oh, it makes a difference!
