cod liver oil?

since im a vegan i dont take cod liver oil but i do take a mix of plant oil.

i use to work at a vitamin store and sold alot of fish oils for children and adults.

basically its lubricating your insides and it can help alot with dry skin and help your air grow faster.

I take fish oil suppliments. No fishy functions happen to me though.

I take them for the EFA's, which happen to be good for skin too.
