Color? HELP!!!!

So my style is scene and if you don't know what that is then it's pretty much like emo just with more flare and color. Anyway I LOVE. LOVE. LOVE colorful eyeshadow and getting creative with eyeliner.
The problem is that when I use bright colors I feel like it makes my eye color look horrible. My eyes are usually a Blue/grey but sometimes look a little green. Also I personally think I have small eyes and I feel like I over do it with eyeliner and it's hard for me to know when I cross the line...but I feel uncomfortable when I don't where any, otherwise I just wouldn't.
Does anyone have any tips, ideas, products...anything lol that you think I could pull off???

I think you're so pretty. The best way to know what look works for you is to play with makeup. The worse that can happen is you don't like it and you wipe it off. Or post pics on the FOTD forum section and ask for CC. You're beautiful girl, I think you'll be surprised how many looks you can pull off.

I'd say try some bright purples and greens! They'd look awesome with your skin tone.

Orange! Also, try using a medium or dark brown eye liner instead of black. It's still dark and will give you definition but it won't be as harsh, and won't take away too much from your beautiful eyes.

I agree that an orange or copper would be really pretty...you could get away with dark purple as well...don't be so hard on yourself!!
