Color hue??? Help!!

Hi! I have pink-based tones naturally. Ive always read you should wear the opposite (if your warm, where cool. If your cool, wear warm.) But when every time I go to mac, they tell me I should wear a warm base.
If i wear the warm, I always look pink.
When i wear the cool, I look yellow.

Im a pale redhead, so im naturally warm based. What do I do?

Wear whatever you like, what you think looks good on you :]
Maybe it's the funky lightning at the MAC stores that makes it harder for the MA's to tell what hue you are/what would look good on you?

I'm a pale blond [Scandinavian, transparent skin, pink undertones, UGH] and most cool tones look horrible on me, however something like a cool pink or cool lavender looks really good on me, so, it's a trial and error really :]
