concealer help

I need help finding a concealer thats full covrage, that can cover up discolored pigmentation around the eyes
(one of my friends got eyeliner tattoo'ed on a few years back)

so in other words a concealer that can cover up black ink. please help, I've heard of a few things in the past but cant remember the names and the moment. but she's getting tired of it and really wants to go for a lighter look trying to help a friend out

I loooove MAC's Studio Finish it is a creamy opaque concealer... give's great coverage. I use this every day even without foundation.

Dermablend also have great concealer's which are also used to cover up tattoos and the like.

I have also heard that Kevyn Aucoin has a great concealer from his cosmetic's line.
