i'm not really big on concealers since i haven't really ever used them. but i'm looking into getting some mineral makeup, and i want some concealers for those occassional blemishes that the minerals may not cover

but i have some questions...

1. i know the green is to counteract red, but what about yellow concealers? what about other colours?
2. what will eliminate those purple-y under eye circles?
3. what's the best drugstore concealer? (i'm not ready to throw down the money for MAC concealer yet haha!)

TIA :loveya:

Yellow is used to cover up dark undereye circles.

Blue can be used to cover up under eye circles for darker skinned people, or is used to reduce an orangey appearance (due to self-tanner, f.e.).

Lavender neutralizes yellow undertones and sallowness in olive skin.

Pink brightens dull skin and gives a porcelain finish.

(this is what the Everyday Minerals website says)

Can't help you with the drugstore concealer, I'm afraid.

Peach is great for undereye circles. I don't know about good drugstore brands. I'm hooked on the Mac select coverup in peach. I like how the liquid blends.

i might just go with MAC, at least for some undereye circle coverup!
