contouring & cream colour bases

CCBs aren't really the best for that since they are so sheer and emollient. You will probably want to use either a concealer (Studio Stick is a good one), brown toned blush or a different foundation (Studio Stick Foundation is another good source).

MacGoddess makes a great suggestion with Studio Stick. It may be too emollient as well and need to be set with a powder. The loose Select will give you the most natural coverage. For regular CCBs (not Pro), try Root for depth and Pearl or Shell to bring out the high plains of the face. Again, you may need to set with a powder

I am an NW25 as well and I have fallen in love with contouring with the Natural MSF in Dark. The fact that it is micronized really makes it build lightly and look natural. I also use the bronzers. Hope that helps

When I went to a MAC Pro seminar two years ago, Root CCB was used for contouring on me (NW15). It may be available only in Pro Stores, though. The next year when I went to the Pro Seminar, dark Studio Stick foundations were used for bronzing/contour.
