Hey all! What are your favorite products for facial contouring and highlighting? MAC preferrably, but other brands are cool too. Thanks guys!

Good question-this is something I'm curious about as well...
I am really quite clueless when it comes to contouring, but I do use pink opal pigment to highlight sometimes.

Personally, since I am very fair highlighting can be difficult. I will mix small amounts of my foundation with a white or ivory adjuster, or even with a white or ivory matte pigment, to create a highlight tint. For contouring, using a few shades darker in foundation (the creme formulas such as the stick, moistureblend, or tech formulas) works well, as does using a pressed or loose powder which is a few shades darker.

It really depends on what you are more comfortable with, liquid/creme/powder.

Hi I use MAC, "Blunt" for contouring and "Soft and Gentle" for a highlight

Complexion products
MAC: C7 Studio Fix
N7 Face and Body
7.0 Matchmaster/ Liquid Foundation
NC45 Pro Longwear Concealer and Select Cover Up
Dark Mineralize Skin Finish

Benefit Cosmetics
Girl meets pearl, Highlighter

The best advice I can give is to go to a MAC expert because of the varying types of undertones and skin tones, they would be knowledgable and better suited for this topic.

Since I'm really fair, for contouring I generally use MAC Strada (discontinued, was repromoted in last year's Gareth Pugh collection with less product*). That won't help you much, though. :( Your better be would be to, as noted, go with a pressed powder or something that's a couple shades darker than your skintone. * when it was repromoted, it also became available in normal-size pro pan form at MAC Pro.

I love Makeup Forever's Contour Kit in 3. It gives me just enough colour for my MAC NC42 MUFE 153 face without being too pigmented.
