Love this color, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for color combos with it?

I like to put bright colors like that with more neutral tones and metallics, but that particular color I think would go great with greens and purples too!

I'm c&p'ing this from here: Eyeshadow Combinations | MacMakeup.net

Cornflower Pigment

  • Bare Canvas paint, Ooh CCB, Blue Storm pigment, Cornflower pigment, White Frost e/s, Icon Eyes. Lips: Plum l/l, Plum Dandy l/s. Plum Foolery Blush.

  • Sea Me shadestick as a base with Cornflower pigment blended over it on the eyelid. Then I blend the Teal Pigment in the crease. I use Golden Lemon pigment to highlight & then blend some of this pigment under my eyes to open them up. I like to use a shadow like Blu-Noir or Contrast to line.

  • Brassy Fluidline all over, Naked Lunch on lid & into crease, Soba in crease, SB Blue Cream Eyeliner to line top w/ Parrot over it, SB Edge on bottom lash line, Frost Pigment on inner corners, Sue Devitt Koh Samui Blush. Alternates: Blue Peep w/ Teal Pigment on upper lash line, Iris Eyes w/ Cornflower on lower lash line.

  • Frozen White (highlight), Cornflower (wash), Lovely Lily (lid), & Naval Blue (crease).

  • Cornflower Pigment, Aquadisiac w/ Blue Storm Pigment to contour.

  • Prep & Prime Eye w/ 228, Fascinating Kohl on lids w/ 242, Dazzlelight over Fascinating w/ 239, Electric Eel in crease w/ 219, Solitaire on brow bone w/ 252, Blacktrack w/ Blooz over it to line upper lashes, Carbon smudged out w/ Cornflower Pigment on lower lashes.

  • Prep & Prime Lids as a base, Cornflower Pigment w/ a touch of water-based mixing medium on the lid, Deep Truth over Cornflower w/ 239, Freshwater on the inner lid w/ 239 for a subtle gradient of blue, Carbon, lightly, to deepen outer crease w/ 239, Malt from crease to brow, blending out the harsh line of blue, Greyprint Technakohl to line, Pink Treat l/l, Sweetie l/s, Oyster Girl l/g.

My favorite for this is pairing with darker purples, to bring out that side of it more. Think Nocturnelle, Shadowy Lady, etc. HTH!

I agree with others, it would go great with violets or greens, and I would definitely try to pair it up with some golden shades
