She probably has something like MAC Vanilla pigment on her brow bone? I'm not sure, it's a bit hard to tell from that picture.

MAC nylon on browbone gives the same effect!!!
i dunno about the brown e/s..but it looks like its blendid with a little gold e/s as base and then brown on top..with nylon on browbone ..blended onto the browbone and towards the e/s

and very light brown e/s under her waterline!!(i mean under her eyes)

any clear lipgloss will give the same effect..i have no idea about blush!!

I would probably say Ruebenesque paint pot or Vanilla pigment on eyes, and coygirl blush?
