Cream Blusher application

This is the follow-up to this thread: http://specktra.net/showthread.php?t=79519

I received both Hot Pink and Glow. They are both gorgeous! The hot pink is WAY scary looking, but when apply very slightly it is a dupe for dollymix! My only problem is that I can't apply it with my fingers very evenly or sheerly, NOT because of the product but because of my hand!

Please share with us what the best application tool is for this cream blusher of intense color?

THANKS!!!!

I use the MAC 187 brush. You can actually use a good fluffy blush or smaller face brush.

Sorry to sound retarded, but how to use 187? Do you put a few dots on the cheek, and then blend it in using brush? or do you brush it over the blush and then apply?

I usually tap the 187 into the cream blush and then tap the brush onto my cheek to deposit the color. Then I blend the blush into my skin.

For more precise application, I use the 192 brush for depositing color and then blend them with my fingers, the warmth will help the color to blend in nicely.

When using the 187, swirl it lightly on the product or just tap it for the sheerest amount, and apply it in circular motion and finish it by blending it with your fingers.

MAC 188 is my favourite for cream blush. It's excellent for very pigmented powder blush too. It's got a bit of a smaller head which also gives you more control in your application.
