cream color bases

so..i was bored..and i decided to click and read about all of the artists listed on the MAC website. and i noticed that a majority of them listed CCBs as a favorite product...

ive tried ccbs..and they were allriiiighhht to me...i do like how they really make colors pop..but other than that..

is there something im missing?

ive been wondering about these, can u use them as an eyeshadow base?? i know ppl use some colors as a blush . id luv to get sum if the make a good shadow base and if they are eye safe

i like them as highlighers, but the only two i have are pearl and fawntastic and i love em.

i have luna and kool, i like them for eye shadow bases.....also an ma recommended that i use them over paints to really make colors stand out, luna was my first mac purchase so i tend to like them.

ccbs really do make ur eye shadows pop and serve as a good base. although they tend to crease, esp if u have oily lida. make sure u layer on some paint first and apply a thin coat of ccb to prevent this. some are not eyesafe so u wanna make sure before u buy.

Hush ccb is a universal color and can be worn as a base under everything. I use it over a thin layer of bare canvis or stilife paint (or any paint) and the colors pop, they go on better because the ccbs are so creamy, and because there is a paint, they stay on for a long time. I think they are a lot better than shadesticks which tend to pull at my lids.

I have three Flighty and Fuschia Perfect (for cheeks-not eyesafe) and Pearl for my eyes.
I like them alot, but i'm disappointed that Flighty and Fuschia Perfect aren't eyesafe! They should definately put whether its not eye or lip safe on mac's website.

I can't get them to work for me. I bought 3 (fantastic plastic, gold and bat black) and right now they're on my MUA swaplist

I hold gold and bronze and loved them both as a eye base, i didn't have a problem with them creasing but I usually don't with most cream products. I don't think they are the most long lasting of my eye bases, but they work nicely and are good as a highlighter too.

i don't have any CCBs at this moment but i am aiming for the fabulush CCB as i think it resembles NARS orgasm blush

Fuschia Perfect makes for a gorgeous blush.

I always use them under blush.Esp for the sheer shimmer tone blushes.It really grabs on to the product and last a long time.

I know that Fuschia Pro CCB (not Fuschia Perfect, but it's probably the same thing) is not eye-safe, but for a fashion show we did Fuschia CCB with Copper Sparkle pigment buffed over it...all I can is WOW!!
