I got one of the spatulas from my counter so I usually use that to scrape a thin layer off the ccb (that way it stays smooth and doesn't get gunky brush marks and residue). Then I breathe on it to warm it up a bit, and apply it with my 239 brush. I only use a thin, thin layer and only use it over paints when I use it on my eye, so that it doesn't crease horribly. Usually I'm lazy, and apply my ccb with my fingers - I mostly use Shell so I can be sloppier since it's not bright. Hope this helps

I use my only CCB (Too Darling -beau collection) on my cheeks, I apply it with my fingers. Its such a nice barely there pink shade that it really holds my blush on.

Fuchsia Perfect to the apples of the cheeks with my finger, then polished in. Best rosy blush there is.

honestly, i just apply it with my finger. and i apply it very very lightly. i had to learn the hard way that it creases if you put too much. i used to hate ccbs cuz i thought that they creased...til i realized what i was doing wrong. now i LOVE them!!!

........maybe one day i'll try using a brush to apply my paints and ccbs. but til then...fingerssssss!

I use a 252 to pat a thin layer over my lid.l I never sweep because it tends to smear the undercoating of Paint that I already applied.

For eyes:
After I apply paint (either with my finger or the 242 brush) I then use my finger and lightly pat my chosen CCB where desired. I never use a brush b/c you really don't need too much CCB in my opinion. A thin layer is enough to grab alot of color!!

For cheeks:
I use my finger to apply the color to the apples of my cheeks, then use my BE Heavenly Face brush to buff it out. You could use the MAC 180 if you had a spare one or didn't care about getting color on it...

Don't you just love CCB's!! They are the best!!
