Creasing Now in Warmer Weather Despite Eyeshadow Base?

Well... Yeah that's the problem. I usually use two eyeshadow bases: Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance, and a Paint Pot, normally Painterly, which always works spendidly as a primer duo to make my eyeshadows stay put until I take them off at night. In the last two weeks or so since the weather has begun to warm I've noticed some slight creasing. I tried using TFSI only today, and still noticed the problem, and tried using Bare Study on another day, but it didn't seem to make much of a difference. Does anyone have any suggestions? I thought about maybe switching back to UDPP because I find the formula to be slightly drying on the lids while TFSI is moisturizing and creamy. My lids are by no means oily but perhaps the heat/humidity is causing the additional creasing (?). I'm open to trying new types of bases so try me! Your suggestions are greatly appreciated ladies and gents! TIA!

I crease pretty easy too. If my make-up only needs to last through work fine, but when I need it to last longer I sometimes use a product called Model in a Bottle. You spray it on after putting on your make-up and it helps prevent creasing. For me at least, it has mixed reviews on MUA.

You could try UDPP to see if it holds up better in the humidity, especially since it is a drier formula. You could also try spraying Fix + on the eyeshadow when you are all done to help it stay in place.

i have had similar issues i too use a paint pot and cream primar here lately i have actually began to use my NYX jumbo eyepencil in milk, pots n pans and cottage cheese as my bases

I find that if i put a nice thick coat on my lids and apply my shadow it stays till I take it off I apply at about 9am and remove around 8pm

The reviews on MUA have mentioned this as a base more then once, give it a try! They are very inexpensive and can be used in other ways as well! Not a bad investment if you call five bucks an investment even,lol

I'm so ridiculously oily, that my eyeshadow is just DYING to crease, no matter what I do to it...if you want to stick with the Shadow Insurance, you might try using a Paint, rather than Paint Pot over it, since the PPs are a little creamier than the regular paint. Or you can try using the UDPP underneath your PP, and maybe the drier formula of the UDPP will help. GL hun!!
