cromacakes vs. paintsticks

I just tried and bought my first paint sticks today and think I've found my newest addiction but before I do that should I go with cromacakes or paintsticks and what are the uses and prices of both

I know paint sticks are $19 does anybody know the price of cromacakes or should I just stick with the sticks?

Paintsticks are supracolour, yes? I like the chromacakes for details, but aquacolours blow when used as a base. Too cracky. Give me a powdered-off oil base any day.

As for whether you use the cakes or sticks, think about what you're going to use them for and what medium you prefer, then decide.
