Cupcake Cult Eye Primer from Hot Topic

Has anyone used this? I saw some tuts on YouTube where a few gals used this as their primer. It's like 3.99 at Hot Topic, and I am definitely likin' the price! If anyone could share their experiences with it, that'd be great

I'll probably pick one up soon anyway since it's so cheap and I gotta go to the mall (stupid gift cards). Thanks all!

it worked great for me! It always made my shadows stay on pretty well, from what i remember! The last time i used it was 6 months ago? Anywho, I loved how it made all my shadows have a slight sparkle to them. It's a really great deal for people who have never used an eye primer before! I warn you, you don't get a lot in the pot and the plastic can break right when you open it, but its a good deal nevertheless. It espicially works great on Cupcake cult pigments.
