Dark Sky Rainbow

This is (in a very round about way involving Lj inspiration exchange) a follow up to my first black rainbow look. The first one was a smokey eye with black/rainbow e/s and rainbow liner on the lower lid. The person who picked up the look used a dark base and made a kickin' shimmery black rainbow, so I decided to do a follow up and make a full on rainbow with a black base.
