Depotting Blushers

I done it before perfectly but now I cant seem to depot them without breaking a part off =( I dont know what im doing different.

I use my hairdryer and a safety pin to separate the pan and pot. That's when the blusher starts breaking. I dont think my craft knife will work because it looked like the blade was going to break.

Help please!!

You should probably keep the dryer on it a tad bit longer before trying to separate the two.

I use my iron. I place the blush in between a towel then place the iron on top and wait 30 seconds, if it's not ready, I do it in increments of 30 seconds until it's ready. The blush sits up a little and I can remove it with my fingertips, be careful it's a little hot.

if it doesnt come out relatively easily, youre not done heating it.
