Dermacolor is a specialist camouflage foundation which provides very opaque coverage. It feels quite heavy on the skin and doesn't look as natural as M·A·C Full Coverage foundation which covers almost as well and feels better. There are quite a lot of camouflage foundations on the market such as Dermablend, Colortration, Cover FX, Keromask (probably easier to find in the UK), Cover Blend, and Veil.
Most of the companies provide shade matching samples so that you can work out what colour you need. You'll find that some retailers of these products will also do a match for you.
