Did MAC improve their online swatches?

I noticed that Bitter was a yellow square some time ago, now it's clearly a green!
They won't start doing real life swatches, will they?

yeah no kidding, the colors look NOTHING even close to the swatches on the website which is kinda pathetic because having real swatches would probably boost sales by a lot...

That is the biggest complaint I have about MAC. I have to travel almost an hour to get to it and because of their damn color squares I'm afraid to shop online! Thanks a lot MAC!!

I always check here first on Specktra for accurate color swatches...God forbid I should rely on the ones on the MAC site.

I'm feeling all of you guys.Mac really really REALLY needs to improve their swatches.I mean I'd really order online much more often if they did but we all know the color looks NOTHING like the picture so I HAVE to try everything on at the store first!Or at least see it in person at the store first don't you agree.

as much as we all hate the half-ass swatches on the MAC website, it makes us all go to the stores to try it on ourselves. and you know whats in the stores? things you weren't nessecarily looking to buy in the first place. darn marketing tactics! I'm a victim of it myself though. I plan out what I want online, go to the store to make sure its what I really want (luckily I'm only 15 minutes outside of the King of Prussia area). but when I get there I get all googley-eyed at all the other pretty things and my mind slips to lots of other things. they're gooood, real gooood.
