I only bought it last month and I opened it up today and randomly EVERYTHING in the bottle had stuck to the brush

Will they give me a refund if I take it to the counter?

yeah I got it from macy's but I don't have my reciept

Well not sure what Macy's policy is, but I don't see why the counter would tell you no.

Mine does that too. Just keep opening and closing it and the plug will pop back into place.

no receipt....sorry, usually stores aren't very liberal when it comes to having no receipt. I'd check Macy's policies.

Mine did the same thing! I didn't take it back, just kept putting it in and out and finally it worked.

Do you have the box? Macy's usually has those return stickers on the box which acts just like a receipt (I used to work at Macy's).

It sounds like the plug that wipes the brush came loose. While most counters will gladly swap it for you, even if the policies are slightly strict (I do it all the time for customers) you can probably pop the plug back in really easy...
