ok i'm from cali and i'm going to take my traffic laws and sign test on thursday...i hate to study the handbook...can anyone from cali help...like whats a tricky question u missed so i wont miss it...or what things should i really study...anything will help..i will get ridiculed if i dont pass..bc i made fun of my cousin for having to take it more than 3 times...please help

hey girl...i'm not from cali but i know that the questions here in WA come randomly (if you're taking it on the computer)....all i can say is try to remember everything in the book, but if you can't, IT'S OKAY....most of the people that i know, including me, had to take the writing test twice.

I'm in NorCal, and I gotta tell you, watch out for trick questions! A lot of the time, they'll ask you a question and the answers will be REALLY similar. I don't remember specific ones cuz I went for my permit a while go, but yea, be careful! The questions are also generated randomly, so some tests might have more questions about signs more than rules of driving. Good luck, I hope this helped a bit!

im from ny and our written test is so easy. i got one question wrong so i passed and it took like 3 mins. after that we take a 5 hour course which is only 3.5 hours with a small test. that test was harder then the permit test. i just passed that one, but even if you fail u just keep taking it over the same day until u get enough points to pass, then you can take a road test. i failed that the first time and a month later passed (with no added practice.)

Any answer that has the word "safe" in it is generally right. Also if you type California DMV into google, they will bring up the website and you can take practice tests. Good luck!

woot woot...i passed...only one wrong and i got my permit ...now i can take my driving test as soon as possible and get my license
