Not sure if I should just be using this after foundation or what?
Do you apply fix+ after foundation? Or after full face?

You can do either. Personally, I use a moisurizer and primer first (with at least one product containing SPF), then apply my foundation and a slight amount of MSF Natural and finish with a spray Fix+ with Vanilla pigment in it.
Due to the other products I put on my face prior to the foundation, I don't feel I need to add the Fix+ too. It all just depends on your skin type, product use and personal preference.

It worked out really nicely. Just make sure you aren't dressed yet, so it doesn't get on your clothes.

It basically helps so you don't have that super powdery/cakey look & it has glycerin in it so it gives a little boost too your makeup throughout the day...this is just the traditional uses though.
