Maybe it's me, maybe it' s my mascara, or maybe it's both. It never fails. Every day when I apply my mascara, It gets all over the place! No matter what I do, I can't seem to keep it off my eye lid and all along my lower lash line. My eye liner always ends up with mascara dots, and I am always having to remove excess mascara under my bottom lashes with a q-tip, and more often than not, I end up taking off more than mascara with the q-tip. Does anyone else have this problem? Any solutions or suggestions?
