Collection 2000 are the kind of cheapish products you get in boots, superdrug and loads of different places in the UK. I'm not sure if anyone else in the world has it, but I really do like them loads!
I have a little collection of their Dazzle Me! eyeshadows which are kinda cheap versions of Barry M dazzle dusts, in bigger and different pots. I have 7, and theyre only £2.99 each (there are usually deals on them too!), and they come in about 20 shades. Here are the ones I have:
Up sides:
So yeah, those are basically my Collection 2000 products, apart from a silver eye crayon thing that can be used as an eyeshadow because the pencil itself is quite thick, and it is nice and creamy to apply, however it needs warming up and isn't the best for using as eyeliner due to it's size. But it's a good product for £3!
EDIT: I didn't really know where to put this, so please move if it's in the wrong place!

Up sides:
- Nice to use (ie good texture, easy to blend)
- Good amount
- Great price
- Nice colour range
- Doesn't fade after a long time
- Doesn't crease (providing you use a good base)
- You can vary the brightness for subtle looks
- Can be used as eyeliner
- Creases if you don't use a base
- There could be more colours in the range
