or at freestanding stores when She Shines comes out? Or will I still have to get it at a Pro store or thru the Pro phone number?

I don't think so, it looks like they are only promoting some shadow brushes with this collection according to the UK site.

Thanks. I just ordered it from the Pro number. They don't have the She Shines pigments available for purchase yet, BTW, at least for non-pro folks.
