Dog age?

Hi everyone! I hope this is in the right fourm to post in. I sort of have a weird question ahah but I was wondering what age is a dog considered an adult .. I have a chihuahua which is 1 years old, so would he still be a puppy?

I believe the ballpark is after second/third heat for females or full growth for males.

Don't quote me on that though; it's been a long time since I've raised dogs.
