Doing a comb over can be illegal

I'm sure you've all seen bald guys who have combed their hair from the side of their head over the top to hide (usually very badly) the fact that they are bald.

Well, that practice may very well be illegal.

The comb over hairstyle was granted a US Patent in 1977 so anyone doing a comb over without clearance from the patent holders is breaching intellectual property rights and US and international law.

I wonder what the penalties for wearing or even supplying an illegal comb over hairstyle are
