Salut
So from watching the news looks like OPEC wants to cut oil production to drive up gas prices. Greedy jerks.
They are blatantly showing us that there is no need for prices to be so high and they will do anything to RIP us off.
Hopefully the public won't fall for it.. let's take a stand against these thieves who were making.. what.. about 1000$ a second in profits?!??!
If you can, take advantage of the public transit that your city has. Show these people that we don't have to be a slave to their prices. And plus.. its better for our earth.
Every day I see commuters (usually one person per car) stacked up on top of each other on the highways.. how many of those people can take public transit from the suburbs or carpool and stop the daily headache of commuting to work by car.
I work in downtown Toronto and live about 40 minutes outside of the city. There are commuter trains that get me into the city in as little as 28 minutes. Makes life easier not dealing with the stopping and the going of driving. It's about 200$ a month for the train pass and I use only 20$ a week in gas to get to the train station.
Investigate what is available in your city.. you may end up saving some dollars... more money for MAC!
