Just as importantly:
TAKE ALL OF YOUR ANTIBIOTICS. When the doctor prescribes antibiotics, take all of them....even if you feel better, take every single pill. Not doing so results in the infection being able to fight off the antibiotics and more powerful ones will be/could be necessary next time.
