do you mean like the fake press on nail kits, or the kits with polish and the strips to do the design on your own natural nails?

I just buy Rimmel French manicure polishes (about $3 each). I use Meringue on the tips and French Rose all over, and it creates a nice, more natural looking french mani. You can buy the sticker/strip thingies separately.

I've tried Sally Hansen's kit too, but it chipped too much.

I know you said the kind with the strip but if anyone wants the glue on kind, BROADWAY is the way to go! It comes with pink gel and looks soooo good! I get more compliments on these than I did when I used to go to the salon.

yeah sally's chipped like a mother for me, too. they look real nice for like twelve minutes but then they flake and chip. it's cool if you just use the strips though, i think the sally's stuff only chips so bad because it's so thick like white-out.

I like the one from Nailene. In fact, I just bought some extra sticker strips at the drugstore the other day so I can use it again!

There's this really cool french tip pen thingy. I just don't recall the name.
It comes with the white sticky strips so you can make straight lines, but the pen itself can make fine lines. I bought it at Walmart once. It doesn't come with the clear coats though. I

it.

^ I've used that too, and with a little practice you don't need the strips at all. Which leads you right into free-handing with regular polishes. My biggest complaint with the pen is that it only comes in white-out white (to my knowledge) and I hate the way my hands look with a true white french manicure. So now I just free hand with my fav colours.
